Our history
Nourished Beginnings, Inc. was officially recognized in 2021; however, the idea came to mind long before now.
While completing her practicum in attending graduate school, our Founder, Felecia, noticed that there were so many first-time expectant mothers who needed guidance of how to prepare in caring for multiple babies. Although many resources were available to first-time parents, there were hardly any resources for mothers and/or families who were expecting multiples.
"It wasn't until I became a first-time mother of twins that I truly realized how much of a need it was in obtaining resources and overall information. It really is beneficial to have available resources, a listening ear and someone who is super supportive of you during this life-changing experience." Felecia
It was during this time that she decided to start to journey of assisting as many first-time expectant families as possible.
